How should the port of Den Helder develop in the coming years? What are the opportunities and challenges? And what are the concerns and wishes of local residents, entrepreneurs, companies and other stakeholders? To answer these questions, the municipality of Den Helder, the province of Noord-Holland and Defence have presented the Participation and Communication Plan ‘Dialogue on the Quay’. This plan describes how we will involve stakeholders and how we will shape communication and participation.
