The Central Government Real Estate Agency has started preparatory work on the quay of Buitenveld, a Defense site. The quay has been weakened by deferred maintenance. To prevent damage to buildings and keep the site safe, the quay will be replaced and the soil reinforced. Before the real work begins, the necessary investigations will be carried out. This will take approximately one year. The investigations ensure that the work is carried out carefully and with consideration for the environment.
